Open garden days , this weekend

We are now busy preparing for this yearly event this year the title is from Nut tot Vermak

Garden tastes

We  will be serving lavender shortbread and coffee, Katjas delicious cheeses cake, meringues and cream ,of course with a strawberry coulis.Panzanella salad with Heirloom tomatoes and marscapone  cream, tartinse with smoked mackerel and horseradish cream with chicory, aubergine caviar and Italian ham, and at borrel time , from 14.00 crostinis and of course Pimms.

Mickey has a few hanging felt gardens for sale and if all goes as planned we will have a post card

The garden is progressing well and the potager becoming reality.

Call bye to have a look, Patric is also busy upstairs in the Cuisine . So it is business as usual
