3 campers 3 women and 2 dogs seen on the d roads of France in convoy

What a trip , at least 500 k without a toll . The way to learn about France again . Girondelle, Epernay, Chablis, Pouilly sur Loire where our touch down points . The leader of the pack Barbara and her Tom Tom , well trained , not like mine, led us in convoy across the country lanes. Oh what a view of the magnificent rural  scenery from my high perch  in Pattys Wagon sublime , one can forgot the bad suspension, Penny does not agree!. The harvest, the vines, the churches and villages . The quiet church yards a good stopping place for a quick lunch and time to think of yesteryear.

We stayed in great places also very different, woke with the cock growing, toasted our fortunes in Champagne,swam in the Loire and finally after 5 days reached our destination near Cosne near Clemont Ferrand where Ria and Barbara are walking for a week with there walking club. 

I drove on to Saint Clar taking my time and cursing my TomTom called Auntie at times.

Now I sit here in a Pigionnier with Joost in the country settling in for a week of relaxing , wine, food and of course wine. !!
