A taste of Vietnam Hanoi and Halong Bay

I just cannot wait to lie on my bed and write ti you

We arrived at Hanoi airport on Thursday evening in 27 degrees and now Sunday we have the heating in our room on At 27 degrees.

What a wonderful 3days we have had

Our Paradise hotel is in the old quarter is super friendly people with a small Lovely room . We ventured out on to the streets to have diner. The pavements are taken up by scooters and tiny stools( like we use to get in the high cupboards). Tables, people etc. so we walk on the side of the road . In the drain canal.

We found Restaurant 69 advised by our boy in the hotel, and enjoyed spring rolls, delicious , we asked what sort. Answer all spring rolls !
