The journey started when we knew Penny would not be with us much longer . My dear friend Ellen . With whom I have made 30 wonderful trips in almost so
Many years. Called me and suggested we should make plans to travel in February , then she suggested Vietnam . A part of culinary Asia of interest to both of us and to do from what we gad heard. The months of planning have been good medicine,and have kept us busy. This very morning Cathay Pacific will take us on our way.
We will be back on the 3 March with many stories to tell and photos to show.If you wish you can take a lift with us along the way and enjoy some of the special moments and sights . Much love to you all Pat

Veel plezier jullie daar , wij waren vorige week nog in Ho Chi Min City omdat we zo gefascineerd zijn door Vietnam. Ik mis de heerlijke verse loempiaatjes in zachte rijstvelletjes zelfs in mijn dromen en Jan zet een trend in zijn nieuwe sportkleding
Een heerlijke tijd gewenst in Viet Nam, ik ben er nooit geweest, ben dus erg benieuwd naarvje verhalen.
