Hoi An

It seems a long time ago nowbut it is infact just a few days. My I pad is like sleeping beauty so noet the on Ellens I pad . Hoi An was wonderful, again very busy, it seems we arrived on the last day of the holidays and 14 feb was also full moon. There was a festival going on. What a party, every where lights, lanterns and a swarm of Vietnamese, having fun. Small children , letting lighted candle boats into the water, music and thousands of lights. We dined at morning glory, it was the first restauraunt in Hoi An about 20 years ago. A starter of prawn mousse on sugar cane , The octupus stuffed with pork, abolutely delicious, the next night we ate there too, this time I had mackrel with ginger in banana leaves baked in the oven , superb. The next morning the 15 th up early to go to Morning Glories cooking school. The streets where deserted, we crossed the bridge, where we had got stuck
